L.I.E. from West: 
Exit 56 (Route 111) to light at bottom of hill. Make right turn. Make
left at fork in road (Green sign showing to Central Islip). This is
Wheeler Road. Continue on Wheeler Road 2 1/2 miles across the railroad
crossing. This now becomes Carleton Avenue. The Church is the fourth
block on the left side (On the corner of Carleton Avenue and Saint
John’s Street).
L.I.E. from East:
Exit 56 (Route 111) to light at end of ramp. Make left turn under
Expressway. Make left at fork in road (Green sign showing to Central
Islip). This is Wheeler Road. Continue on Wheeler Road 2 1/2 miles
across the railroad crossing. This now becomes Carleton Avenue. The
Church is the fourth block on the left side (On the corner of Carleton
Avenue and Saint John’s Street).
Southern State Parkway from West:
Exit 43A (East Islip – Central Islip – County Rd. #17) Follow arrows
to Central Islip to the right. This brings you up over the parkway.
Take County Road #17 North (this is Carleton Avenue). Go about 2 1/2
miles. You will see a traffic light with the Central Islip Fire
Department on the left. The Church is the very next block on the
right. The Church is on the corner of Carleton Avenue and Saint John’s
Street.
Sunrise Highway:
Take Sunrise Highway to Carleton Avenue North (Exit #46) Go north
on Carleton Avenue through Islip Terrace and over Southern State
Parkway. Go about 2 1/2 miles. You will see a traffic light with the
Central Islip Fire Department on the left. The Church is the very next
block on the right. The Church is on the corner of Carleton Avenue and
Saint John’s Street.
