 Eucharistic
Ministers – serve the Body and Blood of the Lord to the Faithful
during Mass and some Ministers take Holy Communion to the homebound.
Diocesan training is necessary.

Lectors
– proclaim the Word of God during Mass, read the General Intercessions
and make announcements at the conclusion.
Some local training in liturgical ceremonies is necessary.

Altar
Servers – are boys and girls who are at least nine years old and who
have celebrated their First Communion. Training
is held in the fall and in the spring at the parish.

Choirs
– provide music for worship at Mass and other liturgical celebrations.

Ushers/Greeters
– welcome parishioners and visitors to Sunday Mass and seat the
congregation and pass the offering baskets during Mass.
