Restoring the Glory…To Welcome…To Worship…To
Grow…To Serve… is a capital campaign important to the history of
St. John of God Parish. You have made it so! It is your generosity,
your sacrifices, your fidelity, your encouragement ….which have
contributed so much to the progress of the refurbishment of church and
chapel since 2007. For years to come, the parishioners here in Central Islip will
look back to you as their “spiritual ancestors” who improved the church
and chapel so that many would have fitting places of worship.

The Memorial Garden will have a statue of
St. John of God honoring all donors and loved ones, living and
deceased. Demolition of the former rectory will make this plan
possible including a few more parking spots and safety lanes for
emergency vehicles.
